Any physical products ordered will be shipped within 1-3 business days, if in stock. Products travel FEDEX Ground, unless otherwise requested by the customer, and take 7-10 business days for delivery.

If you find it necessary to return a product, please ship by a traceable method (UPS, DHL) within 60 days of receipt to:

Cancellation Policy**: Courses, Conferences, Forums, and Seminars
Full refunds will be available on all cancellations received by RMA via mail (Customer Care, 1801 Market St, Ste 300, Philadelphia PA, 19103, United States), email (registrar@rmahq.org) or  fax (215-446-4100) Attention: Registrar, up to 15 working days prior to the start of the event.

  • Registrants who cancel 6-14 business days prior to the event will receive a refund equal to 50% of the fee.
  • Registrants who cancel reservations 5 or fewer business days prior to the event are not eligible for a refund.
  • Registrants failing to attend the event (no-shows) will not be eligible for refunds.
  • You may make a substitution from the same institution at any time.

In the event the course is cancelled by RMA, registrants will receive a full refund for registration fees. However, RMA does not assume responsibility for any other expenses, incurred by the registrant in connection with attending the event, including the purchase of airline tickets.

Transfer Policy
Registrants may transfer one time to a new date for the same course. If the registrant cannot make the second date, the entire registration fee will be forfeited.

Registration List
Your name will appear on the list of course participants only if your registration is received at least 10 days in advance of the course. Printing and shipping deadlines for course materials make it impossible to guarantee inclusion of anyone's name after that time.

Preliminary Course Materials
If required, a web link to the pre-course materials will be e-mailed under separate cover from this registration confirmation. For conferences and forums, there are no pre-course materials.

Downloadable Instructions for Articles, Study Packs, and Statement Studies by NAICS
Downloadable products may be accessed up to 3 times from receipt of this e-mail via the "Document Download" in your user profile. Follow the steps below to get to your download:

  1. Go to http://www.rmahq.org/RMA/login.htm.
  2. Log in.
  3. Click on "View Profile" (located in the top right corner of the page)
  4. Click on "Document Download", and then follow the instructions on the download page.

Once your credit card information has been approved online and your selected industry information is available as downloadable files, no refunds are available.

Sales Tax
Sales tax applies to purchases of materials (books, participant manuals, etc.), downloaded information (Statement Study SIC, etc) and eProducts that include the ability to download/print information (eMentor, eStatement Studies, etc.) in states where each of these are deemed taxable.

Please be advised that remittance of any GST tax is your responsibility. RMA is not required by law to register, and collect GST taxes in Canada.
