NASBA
The Risk Management Association is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding sponsors may be addressed to NASBA, National Registry of CPE Sponsors, 150 Fourth Avenue North, Suite 700, Nashville, TN 37219-2417. Web Site: www.nasba.org.

Note: Please contact your state board of accountancy to determine if it accepts NASBA credits for a particular event. If so, submit your application directly to the state board of accountancy.

NASBA Complaint Resolution
Complaints may be sent to RMA Customer Care at 1-800-677-7621, customers@rmahq.org or via fax at 1-215-446-4100.

If resolution is not satisfactory, the customer may contact:
Customer Care Manager, Toni Cauley 1-215-446-4011, tcauley@rmahq.org
Chief Operations Officer, Florence Wetzel 1-215-446-4020, fwetzel@rmahq.org .

RMA-CRC Credits
To ensure that CRC recipients stay current in the credit risk field, RMA requires them to complete 60 continuing education (CEUs) units every three years. Ongoing education ensures that they are continuing the commitment they began when they first passed the CRC exam. There are a variety of ways to earn the necessary credits. Because each program type has a limit on the maximum credits earned, see Maintaining Your RMA-CRC Credential: What You Need to Know for more information.
