Diagnostic Assessment Online

You have chosen to take the online version of Diagnostic Assessment of Lending Skills and Knowledge.

To take the Diagnostic Assessment on the Internet, you should obtain a unique user name and password from your training director. Please note that the user name and password are both case sensitive.

Click on a link below to read the instructions for using the Assessment online and to log in:

NOTE: You do not need to take the modules in order or all at one sitting. However, each module you begin must be finished in the same sitting. You cannot go back later and finish a module you started earlier. The modules are not timed. You may take as long as you need to complete each module.

Included there are detailed instructions on what to do if you have trouble printing your results page or have problems with your user name and password. The Diagnostic is directed at the lender or risk manager with three to five years of experience. Those who have more than five years of experience will also benefit. However, if you have more experience, try to avoid reading too much into the questions.

When you get your score, you'll receive one of three ratings:

  1. Acceptable;
  2. Training Need 1—a moderate training need; or
  3. Training Need 2—a more significant training need.

 

If you have a training need, you will receive diagnostic messages that will help you target your follow-up training.
