Course Overview
Corporate Valuation is designed to acquaint middle-market lenders with products and services that go beyond traditional commercial lending transactions. Acquisitions, mergers, ESOPs, and private placements are becoming more commonplace in the middle-market as investment banks and nonbank entities become players in this market. Relationship managers and credit professionals will become conversant in corporate valuation methods in order to expand their relationships with customers and create profitable opportunities for their organizations.

Prerequisites Participants are expected to have a thorough knowledge of financial accounting, traditional financial statement analysis, and cash flow analysis. They must also have a working knowledge of one of the following calculators, which will be used during the course: HP-12C, HP-17B, or HP-17BII.
