Course Objective
Advanced Lending to Wealthy Individuals helps participants identify and understand the nature of credit risks that emanate from the sophisticated wealth management strategies used by clients, and it introduces loan structure strategies to minimize those risks.

The goals of this course are to understand:

  • Stages of wealth and asset protection strategies and their impact on credit risk.
  • Estate and transfer tax laws and their impact on wealth management strategies.
  • Wealth transfer strategies and their impact on credit risk.
  • Early warning signs of troubled loans.

As a result of your participation in Advanced Lending to Wealthy Individuals, you will:

Prerequisites
Participants are expected to have a thorough knowledge of financial accounting, traditional financial statement analysis, personal financial statement analysis, cash flow, and personal cash flow. RMA highly recommends its introductory course Lending to Wealthy Individuals and Analyzing Personal Financial Statements and Tax Returns as prerequisites to this course.
