Enterprise Risk Management Seminar
The Enterprise Risk Management Seminar is designed to provide a firm foundation of enterprise risk management (ERM) principles, measurement concepts and best practices. The workshop identifies the practices and benefits of a dynamic enterprise-wide risk organisation. The workshop will address how to leverage existing practices to develop a robust risk culture grounded in ERM principles. The programme will further discuss the need for crucial awareness of a risk-return mentality, the expectations of stakeholders and regulators and the need to integrate these factors into the bank’s strategic plans. The key principles of managing and monitoring risks, including credit, market, liquidity, operational and reputational risk, will be covered with an emphasis on utilising ERM to increase opportunities for growth, to identify risks and to minimise earnings volatility. This workshop will also set out those organisational and behavioural processes and practices which can enhance individual and organisational performance.
Who will benefit?
Risk management professionals who are engaged in establishing, monitoring or reporting risk in their organisation.
