Chart Your Path for Professional Success with eMentor and RMA University

As of April 2010, eMentor is the powerhouse behind RMA University Online, the online component of the newly launched RMA University which comprises all of RMA's traditional classroom and web-based courses.

With RMA University, credit and lending professionals follow a natural progression of courses that helps them grow into seasoned industry experts.

The Lending Decision Process, offers a sound foundation in the basics of commercial lending and credit. Through Web-based, audiovisual features, these courses present the analytical and decision-making techniques needed to make sound credit decisions using financial accounting, financial statement analysis, and cash flow analysis.

The Commercial Real Estate Lending Decision Process, offers a comprehensive study of commercial real estate lending beginning with a description of CRE loan types and progressing to an understanding of the underwriting process, leases, appraisals, loan structures, and related risks.

Both series can be purchased as a complete library of 18 or 14 courses respectively or as six separate series.

You can take these courses on their own or through RMA's Credit Skills Certificate Series, which consists of three levels of incremental accomplishments created to validate your professional progress.

Upon completion of the Certificate Series, you may continue your RMA University education by earning your Credit Risk Certification (CRC), a designation that validates your knowledge, skills, and abilities as a result of at least five years in the credit and lending industry.
