Many in the business today see operational risk as a burden. We need to look hard at where operational risk provides business value (and give it more attention) and where it provides little or no value (and whenever possible and practical, reduce the time spent on those activities.)

Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds will be available on all cancellations received by mail or faxed to the registrar up to 15 working days prior to the event. Reservations canceled 6-14 working days prior to the event are subject to a service fee equal to 50% of the registration fee. Registrants who cancel 5 or fewer working days before the event will forfeit the entire fee. Registrants failing to attend the event-no shows-will forfeit the entire fee.
