Research Objectives
The RMA Community Bank Council created the 2017 Risk Management Staffing Study. The goal of this extensive study was to provide community banks with the information they need to understand the trends occurring within the organizational structures of community banks. A total of 120 responses were received from community banks across the United States. The survey process took place in November and December of 2017.
The results of the survey provide valuable insight into and benchmarking data regarding common industry staffing practices.
The survey also includes an analysis of which tasks are outsourced and which are managed in-house.
