Credit Risk Program Manager

Come join our fast-paced and growing team as a Credit Risk Program Manager where you will work closely with senior credit commercial and consumer lending credit risk professionals from diverse functional areas at RMA member institutions to develop peer sharing programs such as roundtables, forums, conferences, training workshops and classes.  Bring your analytical and technical savvy skills to RMA where you will use your big-picture vision and personal driver you can make that vision a reality.


We are seeking someone with:

  • BA or BS degree in Economics, Finance or related field of study coupled with 5+ years of experience particularly in the financial services industry.
  • Minimum of 1 year or more experience in hosting virtual events such as roundtables, webinars etc.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Detail oriented and organized with a proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
  • Proven ability to grasp complex financial concepts quickly.


What you will be doing:

  • Initiate ideas, plan, develop and facilitate round tables/forums for various credit risk professionals.
  • You will work with the internal teams to plan event logistics and promotional materials.
  • Learning from our Members, you will identify, research and recommend new topics for development of programs and services.
  • Utilizing your analytical skills you will track program metrics and project costs and report on information as necessary to help drive improvement.
