Agencies Implement Revisions to Interagency Forms

The banking agencies are implementing revisions to currently approved interagency forms. These changes are being made to:  (a) improve clarity; (b) reflect new laws, regulations, capital requirements and accounting rules; (c) delete information requests deemed unnecessary; and (d) add transparency.

Effective immediately, the following forms have been revised:

  • Interagency Biographical and Financial Report
  • Interagency Bank Merger Act Application
  • Interagency Notice of Change in Control
  • Interagency Notice of Change in Director or Senior Executive Officer
