Designed as a sequel to the popular six-day Commercial Lending School I Fundamentals of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Credit Analysis (CLS I), Commercial Lending School II, Intermediate Commercial & Industrial Credit Analysis, builds upon the basic skills learned in CLS I and the on-the-job training or experience gained since completing CLS I.
Using a specific case study tailored for the course, Commercial Lending School II: Intermediate Commercial & Industrial Credit Analysis examines the “best practices” credit analysis steps needed to accurately assess credit risk, develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure bankability, and structure the proposed loan. This course provides a hands-on, proactive case study experience and aims to further enhance critical thinking skills related to credit analysis.
