What if I am contacted by a third party for hotel reservations? 

RMA will not reach out to solicit hotel rooms or to register you for this conference.  Should you be contacted by any organization or website that claims to offer lower rates we urge you to use extreme caution and contact with any relevant information. 


It is stated Monday and Tuesday nights are covered, however when I register for a room, it is asking for a Credit Card. Is there a reimbursement process or how will that work?

As with most hotels, you are required to provide a credit card to reserve your room. You will not be charged for Monday and Tuesday night’s hotel as those will be charged directly to RMA. Your card will only be charged if you do not show up and do not cancel your reservation according to the hotel’s cancellation policy, stay additional nights (before or after), or charge any incidentals to your room while at the conference.


What is the dress attire? 

Conference attire is smart casual (nice jeans, no shorts, no flip flops). Since meeting rooms are often cold, you may wish to bring a jacket or sweater.


How will I receive my registration badge and materials?  

Event materials will be distributed at the event registration area at the venue. Attendees MUST wear name badges to all conference sessions and events to gain admittance.

What is included with my in-person event registration? 

You will have access to meals (breakfast, breaks, receptions) and to all conference sessions.


What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy details for this event include:

  • Full refunds will be available on all cancellations emailed ( to the registrar by May 1, 2023
  • No refunds or credits will be issued after May 2, 2023.
  • Registrants failing to attend the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  • All applicable refunds will be issued following the close of the event.
    • NOTE: A refund will be returned in the original purchase format. If paying with a credit card, a refund will take an additional 10 business days to post to your account.
  • If your payment is received in currency other than U.S. dollars, and you are due a refund, you will be responsible for any foreign exchange rate difference.
  • Hotel reservations will need to be cancelled directly through the Hotel unless otherwise communicated.


  • COVID-19 accommodations: RMA will provide a full refund for any cancellations due to company restrictions (proof required) or state, local and federal government regulations regarding COVID-19. If RMA cancels the event, full refunds will be granted.
