RMA, in partnership with Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, offers an Executive Risk Management program annually to provide the skills, knowledge, and behavior for banking executives to effectively manage risk.

The goal of this program is to create an experience for banking leaders that will ultimately help them build their business by building their individual risk management and leadership capabilities. In addition, the program will help connect banking leaders to network, share insights and challenges, and build relationships that will benefit participants throughout their careers.
