Executive Vice President & Chief Credit Officer

Present Job Function: Nassy is executive vice president and chief credit officer at FVCbank, where he is responsible for setting the credit culture for the bank and overseeing all credit-related and collection activities including concentration management and stress testing, loan policies and procedures, loan servicing and documentation, and loan approvals along with the ALLL. In addition, Nassy manages the safety and soundness of the bank’s loan portfolio. He has served in various capacities within the commercial lending and/or commercial real estate sectors and has over 20 years of experience.
Previous Employment: Prior to his current role, Nassy was senior vice president and lending officer for City First Bank of D.C., N.A., where he was responsible for generating commercial loan relationships serving low to moderate income households and providing and supporting the affordable housing mission of the bank. Prior to that, he was senior vice president and senior credit officer for NCB, FSB where he was responsible for managing a credit underwriting team and approving commercial real estate transactions on a national level for CMBS and portfolio execution.
Education: Nassy earned a BS in management from St. John’s University.
