Quality Assurance Analyst, Professional Development

To maintain our leadership status and transform into a next-gen association that delivers exceptional member experiences, we need a Quality Assurance Analyst, Professional Development to assume responsibility for quality control of the Professional Development “PD” team online and instructor-led learning products.  The primary focus of the role is to be responsible for ensuring that PD products meet company standards and member expectations. 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for PD learning product portfolio internal and external review process, including copyediting and/or proof-reading all print, digital, and online products as well as testing and “stress testing” all PD online/eLearning course functionality before release.
  • Responsible for the PD product release checklist including adherence to design documents, style guides, brand standards, and NASBA standards.  Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meets end-user expectations.
  • Manage user acceptance testing and feedback of PD online/eLearning courses.
  • Document all internal and external feedback and inform the PD team of defects and errors.
  • Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the PD team.
  • Monitor efforts to resolve PD product issues and track progress.
  • Audit existing content and maintain repository of feedback on existing courses from instructors, user/participant surveys, etc. for future revisions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in product quality assurance analysis, preferably in the Professional Development and/or Adult Learning segments of the banking or financial services industry.
  • Keen attention to detail.

  • This is a hands-on role which requires strategic thinking with excellence in execution.
