David Diehl

  • David joined the Bank in July 2019 as the Director of Operational Risk.  He has over 17 years of experience in risk management and operations experiences in both consumer and wholesale banking areas of a financial institution. He has his BSBA in Finance and Investment Management with an MBA in Finance and International Finance 
  • In his current role, he has oversight for the establishment and/or enhancement of the Operational Risk organization which includes traditional Operational Risk Management, Fraud Risk Management, Model Risk Management, IT Risk Management, Data Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery as well as Physical Safety/Corporate Security 
  • Prior to joining TCB, David most recently established a Commercial and Intuitional Banking Business Risk Office with risk management oversight for the business segments including Treasury Management, Capital Markets, International Banking Services, M&A Advisory Services, Equity Advisory Services, Equipment Leasing, and Commercial Lending, including Asset Based Lending & Real Estate. David also provided risk oversight for Asset and Liability Management, Structured Products Group as well as Market Risk Management and International Lending, Treasury and Advisory activities. 
  • David also teaches at Point Park University in their School of Business focusing on a Personal Finance curriculum he helped to co-create along with other undergraduate and graduate levels courses focused on Corporate and International Finance.
