Head of Operational Risk, Measurement
Lisa has been with JPMorgan Chase for over 30 years and leads the firm’s efforts globally to quantify operational risk, including the methodologies used to estimate capital and losses under stressed conditions. Prior to this, Lisa was responsible for the operational risk management framework. She currently serves as Chair of the Board Directors for the Operational Riskdata eXchange Association (ORX), an industry consortium focused on operational risk.
Lisa’s experience is cross discipline and cross business, with roles in risk, finance, sales, operations, technology and internal audit spanning the corporate sector, investment banking and commercial banking business lines.
Lisa has been a strong supporter of diversity efforts throughout her time at JPMorgan Chase, having served for 5 years as the Global Chair of the Women’s Interactive Network – a predecessor of JP Morgan Chase’s Women on the Move initiative. She has connected the JPMorgan Chase Autism at Work initiative with one of the country’s leading colleges for students who learn differently.
Lisa earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University at Albany. Lisa is married with two children.
