At 10:00 AM, the House Committee on Financial Services will hold a hearing entitled: “A Review of Diversity and Inclusion at America’s Large Banks." Witnesses will include: Kenneth Bentsen, CEO, Securities and Financial Markets Association Diversity and Inclusion Council; Naomi Mercer, SVP, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, American Bankers Association; Rawan Elhalaby, Senior Economic Equity Program Manager, the Greenlining Institute; and Subha Barry, President, Working Mother Media.

At 2:00 PM, the House Committee on Financial Services will hold a hearing entitled: “Equitable Algorithms: Examining Ways to Reduce AI Bias in Financial Services." Witnesses will include: Phillip Thomas, Assistant Professor, College of Information and Computer Sciences, University of Massachusetts Amherst; Makada Henry-Nickie, Fellow, Brookings Institute; Michael Kearns, Chair, Department of Computer and Information Science at the University of Pennsylvania; and Bari Williams, Attorney and Emerging Tech AI & Privacy Advisor.
