Forum Overview
Managing the analytical/underwriting team is challenging in today’s fast paced production focused environment. Having a top performing credit department is a necessity. 

Join a group of your peers and boost your department’s performance, address managing production and deadlines, and much more. Share experiences and learn from others about what is working and what needs adjusting.

You should come ready to share information, ask questions, and exchange ideas to broaden your knowledge and understanding of the issues discussed. You will leave the program with a variety of ideas on credit structure and the role the credit department plays in banking. Best of all, you will have a network of peers to draw on in the future.

  • Technology (as it relates to the credit department function)

Who Will Benefit?
Credit department managers/individuals managing the commercial credit support function involving:

  • Spreading financial statements.
  • Analyzing/underwriting commercial loan requests.
  • Working with relationship managers, portfolio managers, and credit officers to meet loan request deadlines and provide quality service in a timely manner.
  • Creating or implementing quality developmental programs for the staff.
  • Working on process efficiencies through use of technology (software programs) as well as resource tools – such as industry analysis.

Schedule
On the first day registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and the forum runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. On the second day the forum runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please note: Only two participants per institution are allowed to attend each session.

The cut-off for making a room reservation at the Sonesta Philadelphia Hotel is June 5, 2019.  Please refer to The Risk Management Association (RMA) in order to book at the RMA rate of $179.

Please note that RMA can only guarantee rate and room availability until the cut-off date or the date the RMA block sells out, whichever comes first.  After the cut-off (or date the block sells out, if that happens earlier than the cut-off), RMA cannot ensure you getting a room at the meeting hotel.  Should you be able to get a room, it will likely be at the hotel’s prevailing rate, and not the RMA group rate.  We encourage you to book early to secure a room at the RMA rate.
