RMA’s Commercial Real Estate Lending Forum is for experienced commercial real estate lenders as well as other lenders involved in income property secured lending.
Participants will hear presentations from guest speakers on a variety of timely topics and will engage in Q&A and roundtable discussions with the group.. Topics may include a permanent financing market update, appraisal issues, and a discussion of underwriting issues involving various property types.
This forum will include a special a round table discussion session with a senior representative from the regulatory agencies.
To benefit from this forum, participants should have a solid understanding of commercial real estate lending. Attendance is limited, so please register early.

Prerequisites
To obtain the full benefit of this workshop, participants should have direct experience in commercial real estate lending.
