Some analysts have been forecasting that there will be an economic downturn in the next 18 months. What measures can you take now to mitigate your risk and/or exposure if and when this downturn occurs? Understanding the market pressures for speed in loan adjudication, are there certain changes you should implement in your credit requirements or process? If and when your borrower does experience financial difficulty or defaults, what are the considerations with respect to enforcing your remedies? If your borrower files for bankruptcy protection, what actions can you not take? Must you undertake certain actions in the bankruptcy court?

Reservations canceled 6-14 working days prior to the event are subject to a service fee equal to 50% of the registration fee. Registrants who cancel 5 or fewer working days before the event will forfeit the entire fee. Registrants failing to attend the event-no shows-will forfeit the entire fee.
