The CRE Credit and Lending Forum is a peer-sharing event that focuses on current issues in commercial real estate lending. Participants will hear presentations from guest speakers on timely topics and engage in Q&A and roundtable conversations. Discussion topics will include the current CRE lending environment, underwriting issues involving various property types, appraisal issues, permanent financing and debt/equity capital markets, and regulatory concerns.
The forum presents a unique opportunity for participants to meet and discuss common challenges with their peers and to identify best practices they can take back to their institution.
