The RMA Climate Risk Executive program prepares leaders with practical knowledge and industry best practices to integrate climate risk into their institutions, meet emerging regulatory expectations, and integrate with financed emissions and sustainable finance objectives.

Juan Aristi Baquero, New York

Juan is a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Risk, Banking, and Sustainability Practices. Juan has over 15 years of experience as a consultant and serves financial institutions on Risk, Sustainability, and Strategy. Juan has worked with multiple leading banks in North America and in Latin America, helping them build their Climate Risk and Sustainability programs and capabilities.

Kevin Xi Chen, Boston

Kevin is an Associate Partner in McKinsey’s Risk, Banking, and Sustainability Practices. Kevin serves financial institutions on Risk, Sustainability, and Analytics topics. Key areas of focus include Climate Risk, Financed Emissions, Climate Finance, as well as broader risk management and capital planning. Kevin has worked with multiple leading North American banks on building their Climate and Sustainability programs and capabilities. Kevin also works with the RMA Climate Risk Consortium to lead the Business Decisions working group.

Hans Helbekkmo, San Francisco

Hans is a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Risk Practice. He has over 25 years of experience as a consultant and bank practitioner.

 

Hans is an expert on all aspects of risk management, with an emphasis on credit risk, enterprise risk and capital management.  Hans lead’s McKinsey’s climate risk service line in North America and has supported over 20 banks globally on this topic.
