Q: How do I sign up for a session and/or save to my calendar?

To sign up for a session, log into the event platform, Swapcard, click on the Agenda page and add the preferred sessions to your schedule by clicking the icon next to each event.

Once you have created your schedule, you will want to click on the “My Registered Sessions” page listed at the top of the event site. From here, you will see your specific calendar of events that you have signed up for. To the right, you will see a location to export your entire schedule to your calendar.

Your calendar will integrate into whichever provider you are using (Outlook, Google, etc.)

If you need assistance logging into the event site, please reach out to registrar@rmahq.org.

Q: Can I talk to fellow participants who have expressed interest in their contact information being shared?

Yes, you can “Connect” with other participants during the event and continue your networking conversations offline. When located on the “Attendees” page, you can request a connection with other attendees that have given permission to do so, and you will receive a notification once they have accepted your request. From here, you are welcome to have a one-on-one conversation with those attendees.

Q: Whom do I contact if I have technical questions about the conference application?

Please email rmaevents@rmahq.org or reference the Swapcard FAQ page here.

Q: I did not receive the welcome email from Swapcard to access the conference application?

The login email or the "magic link" email is an automated email that is sent to you once your registration information is synced with the conference application. This email is sent from noreply@swapcard.com and if you do not see it in your inbox, it most likely could be in your spam folder or might be blocked by your company's firewall if you are using your work email address.

Q: I have downloaded the conference application, but it says that my magic link has expired?

The magic link email sent directly to your inbox during the weeks prior to the event, has a security token personalized for your email address which expires once you have clicked on the link one time. If the link is left idle, it will expire after 48-hrs, and a new link will need to be requested. If you think your magic link may have expired, please request for a new one at the login page or reaching out to rmaevents@rmahq.org.

When should I NOT attend an RMA Event, if suspected of COVID-19?

The RMA team is keeping a close eye on all CDC Guidelines and changes in COVID-19 infection rates. Please be prepared for safety precautions at the venue, such as timed entry, mask-wearing, social distancing, and/or hand sanitizer stations, so that we can make this a safe, enjoyable conference. We will encourage masks at the conference but will announce our official policy closer to the event.

You should not attend an RMA Event if:

  • You have tested positive for or been diagnosed with COVID-19 unless medically cleared by your health care provider; or
  • Within the 10-day period prior to the Conference you have experienced symptoms associated with COVID-19; or
  • You may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by your health care provider.
