Q: How do I register if I do not have access to a credit card?
Please call customer care at 1-800-677-7621 Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 ET.
Q: I have registered, how to I modify my registration?
To modify a registration, please contact the Registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the specifics of the modification.
Q: I am unable to log-in to register for the event?
If you forgot your user name and/or password please either click “email instructions” which will send you instructions on how to reset, OR if you do not have an account, please click “provide registration details”, to continue with your registration.
If you are still unable to register, please call customer care at 1-800-677-7621 Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm ET. Outside of those business hours, please email email@example.com and cc firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: I cancelled my registration, however my refund amount was not the same as what I paid?
You are refunded based on the currency exchange rate at the time of your cancellation.
